Our Classes



Lil Ninjas

Our 3 through 6 year old students are Lil Ninjas. There are two levels of Lil Ninja class; beginner (white, yellow, and orange belts) and experienced Lil Ninjas (green and higher belts). The class is structured to prepare students for the basic program.

Our focus in the Lil Ninja class is to teach self-control, discipline, self-confidence, and basic motor skills. We achieve this through structured games and exercises with the goal of helping our students turn into martial artists from the inside out.

 

 

Basic Program - Youth

Our basic program begins creating martial artists from the inside out, boosting self confidence and self-knowledge that we can achieve anything through three principles

  • Knowledge in the Mind
  • Honesty in the Heart
  • Strength in the Body

as well as the tenets of TaeKwon-Do

  • Courtesy
  • Integrity
  • Perseverance
  • Self-Control
  • Indomitable Spirit
  • Victory

At this foundational level of martial arts, we are learning to punch and kick as well as learning stances and patterns.

Students progress as they demonstrate skill and experience, not on a pre-defined schedule. At least three classes per week are available for each level.



Black Belt Elite Program - Youth and Adults

For junior green belts to black belts; the sky is the limit! Students strengthen their mind and body by realizing their ability to complete achievable challenges through focus and perseverance. Some of the class offerings are:

  • Advanced TaeKwon-Do training
  • Weapons
  • Sparring
  • Musical Patterns
  • Tumbling
  • XMA

You may take unlimited weekly classes. Youth and adult students train separately.

 

Adult TaeKwon-Do

Adult classes (for students 13 and older) follow the same progression as the youth classes, but at a faster pace. In addition to foundational skills for building toward a black belt, the adult classes also include more of an advanced cardio workout and principles of self defense.


Fitness Kickboxing

Perfect for anyone seeking a holistic way to get into great shape! This supercharged fitness kickboxing class incorporates effective martial arts and self defense moves as well as Tai Chi and relaxation drills. Increase your flexibility, burn fat, tone your muscles, and relieve stress with this class for individuals of all fitness levels. Take the opportunity to enhance your overall well-being today!
